VCU Career Services is ready and able to offer virtual career advising appointments to current students and alumni within one year of graduation. Individuals can select or change the medium of any appointment type within Handshake to Zoom, phone, or email (best for document review). You can also cancel and/or reschedule appointments via Handshake or by calling our front desk at 804-828-1645.

Remember that Handshake and useful resources on the VCU Career Services website remain available all students and alumni 24/7. You may also visit our virtual services and support page to see other ways our team can help you, even in this remote environment.

Our goal is to help you develop a plan for defining and achieving your career and professional goals, starting your first semester at VCU. We offer individual advising appointments to students and alumni during their first year after graduation.

All VCU students may use our services. The School of Business and College of Engineering also have individual career centers.
